I have learned a great deal about cognitive therapy techniques as a way to make changes in my own life. I fully understand that to change your life you must first change your own perception and learned habits. I have spent about two decades researching self-help information and have also earned a degree in the field of Psychology and have become a certified life coach in CBT and NLP techniques. Here I will compile the knowledge, experiences, and skills for self-improvement that I have utilized myself.
My primary interests are in the areas of cognitive therapy and developmental psychology. But I also have great interests in the fields of natural health & nutrition, gardening and crafts.
