Einstein said that everything in the world is made up of energy. Every person, place, and thing vibrate at a different frequency. Elevated vibrational energy is an energy that is strong and has superior quality. Low vibration energy feels heavy and is frequently coupled with negative emotions such as suffering, fear, and anger.

The expression “raise your vibration,” implies becoming aware of your thoughts and emotions and being able to appreciate when you are in a low vibration emotion. This self-awareness will help you transform low-vibration emotions such as jealousy into a high-vibration emotional state such as gratitude and serenity.
