Attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) is a behavioural condition that normally becomes noticeable in early childhood. It can make it difficult for children to control their speech and actions and may impact their concentration. Symptoms include feelings of restlessness, a tendency to interrupt others, impaired concentration, impulsivity and distraction. ADHD can be very difficult to live with and may lead to problems at home and school. The condition can make it difficult for children to learn and make friends and maintain relationships with others.

The healing properties of crystals can help to ease the symptoms of ADHD and help to make day-to-day life easier for those that live with the condition. For example, crystals can help to increase concentration and help to increase feelings of calm and stillness. They can also ease other difficulties that may arise such as feelings of anxiety, depression, upset or anger. These feelings are often a result of feeling different from others from constantly being misunderstood and criticised.

Questions & Answers

  • Is there something like a bracelet or necklace that has all these crystals for my son to wear? How else can he get the benefits at school?

You could try Etsy as many of the sellers there take custom orders for jewellery. Another idea would be to carry tumble stones in a small drawstring pouch and keep thus in his pocket.
