I have studied crystal healing for many years and have studied and been attuned to reiki levels one, two, and masters.

Crystal healing is becoming more widely known as a safe and natural therapy that can be used to help with a huge range of health and well-being difficulties. This form of vibrational medicine requires no expensive, complicated or hard to find equipment. In fact, all that is needed to get started is a little knowledge and the appropriate crystals for your need. There is a vast amount of information online and in books regarding crystals and how to use them in healing where you will be able to learn which crystals are best suited to each circumstance and why. Your own intuition is also a very important and useful tool when working with crystals. When you feel drawn towards a particular variety or even individual stone, it is likely that this is one that has the ability to help you now or in future.

When you start reading and learning about crystal healing you may find that you recognise some of the stones and may have even owned them in the past. Some more common stones such as amethyst, hematite and onyx can be found in jewellery along with familiar semi-precious stones including diamonds, sapphires and emeralds. These all have healing and other beneficial properties that can enhance well-being and our lives in general. As well as these commonplace crystals there are hundreds of types available in all colours, shapes and sizes. Some are very rare and will be difficult and expensive to buy but others are more easily obtained. However do not be led into thinking that an expensive rare stone will be more effective in healing or helping you, because this is not true. The beneficial properties of crystals are not affected by aesthetic qualities such as size or shape as they come from the vibrational energy of the stone.
